What this website collects

This site is a static, client-side website. It has no contact form, no account system, no newsletter sign-up, and no database. It does not set advertising cookies or sell data to anyone.

The nutrition calculator runs entirely in your browser. The age, weight, height, activity, and goal values you type are used only to compute results on your own device. They are never transmitted, logged, or stored anywhere.

The hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard server logs, which can include IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Those logs exist for security and reliability and are not used to build a profile of you.

Information you send directly

If you call, text, or email using the details on the contact page, that message and the details you include become part of an ordinary business correspondence. It is used to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver coaching. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Client information

Coaching clients share health history, training history, body measurements, and progress data. That information is kept only as long as it is needed to coach you and for a reasonable period afterwards for continuity of care and record-keeping. It is stored in standard business tools protected by passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication.

Third parties

Ordinary service providers may process data on our behalf — hosting, email, and payment processing. Each is used for its stated function only. Links to external social platforms take you to services with their own privacy policies, which govern anything you do there.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion at any time. Requests are honoured promptly except where records must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

Coaching services are intended for adults. This website is not directed at children under 13 and no information is knowingly collected from them.
